Thermal Corporation is well-known for our ability to create custom heating solutions for any of your needs. Customization can include adding notches, holes, and anything else you may need for your personal design.

Just select Custom Design Heater in the “Select a Product” section. Pricing will vary depending on the type of heater and configuration you require. See any of our product pages for base prices.
The process is simple! All you have to do is:
- Contact our customer service department by phone at 1-800-633-2962 or by email at sales@thermalcorp.com. You can also fill out our simple custom quote request form online. (When completing the online form, be sure to select Custom Design Heater from the Select a Product drop-down.)
- Provide all of the details of your custom heater to your customer service representative. This includes the basic information such as length, width, wattage, and voltage, as well as, any notches, holes, or anything else that needs to be added to your customized heater.
- After we receive all the details for your product, our engineers build your custom Thermal Corporation heater!
