Thermal Corporation has just released our 2019 product catalog with major updates to the entire design. The front cover features an image with a variety of Thermal Corporation products including some cartridge heaters, a band heater, a rectangular band heater, a HotNoz nozzle band heater, and a handful of thermocouples. The front cover also announces that this is our 50th year in business! But, more about that later. The catalog has an easy-to-follow Table of Contents page which shows the starting page numbers for each section of the catalog, which is broken down into our product categories.

What’s New

  • Quality page – a page about our quality improvement manufacturing standard
  • Company History page
  • Custom Design Orders Information page
  • Office building photo
  • Appendix section – a section with additional information on certain products in an easy-to-read format
  • Real photographs of certain products
  • Product diagrams on section pages
  • Thermocouple Codes/Conductor Combinations & Characteristics Chart – this was excluded in the previous catalog but has been featured in older Thermal Corporation catalogs. We have decided to bring it back!

Major Changes

  • Separate Table of Contents Page – the table of contents now has its own page
  • Layout of Catalog – each Thermal Corporation product has its own color-coded section and all the information about that product is under that color unless otherwise specified in the catalog.
  • Contact Information Location – now located towards the front of the catalog instead of the back
  • Ordering Information Location – also located towards the front instead of the last page
  • Color-coded sections are easier to see against font colors
  • Different font and larger font size makes our catalog easier to read
  • Ceramic Band Heater configuration images now show both one-piece and two-piece heaters

So, as you can tell, we have added and changed a lot about our catalog to make it both concise and complete with all the product information you need.
